A Tota Castanya

A Tota Castanya celebrates its 4th edition in Gurb and incorporates its routes into the Copa Osoning Trail Run, with the start at the Triangle de Gurb. The event takes place in a mid-mountain setting with an autumnal atmosphere, with trail routes designed to enjoy the landscape and the popular and supportive character of the event. The main distance of 14.5 km features 560 m of elevation gain, while the short race offers a more accessible option of 5 km. The organisers include race numbers, a T-shirt for registered participants, insurance, breakfast, an option to take part in draws and prizes for the top three positions in the men’s and women’s categories for the 14.5 km and 5 km distances. There are also children’s races for ages 3 to 12, and €1 from each entry is donated to Osona Contra el Càncer. Entries are open and prices vary according to the registration period, with limited places until race numbers are fully allocated.
