Trailrunningcal is an information calendar for discovering trail and mountain races. By accessing it or creating an account, you accept these terms and agree to use the service lawfully.

Trailrunningcal reviews and updates data with care, but does not organize races or guarantee that dates, routes, requirements, prices or availability will remain unchanged. Official information from the organizer always takes precedence.

Registration, payments, insurance, cancellations and participation are managed directly with each organizer under their own terms.

You must provide accurate information, protect your credentials and notify us if you detect unauthorized access. Organizers claiming an event must be entitled to represent it and keep its details current.

You can request account deletion by emailing [email protected] from the address associated with your account.

• Accessing or attempting to access accounts, data or systems without authorization.
• Introducing malware, automating abusive requests or interfering with service availability.
• Publishing false or unlawful information or infringing third-party rights.
• Reusing content or the database at scale without authorization.

Trailrunningcal retains the rights to its design, brand, code and original content. By providing race materials, you confirm that you are entitled to use them and authorize their publication in the service for as long as needed to display the event.

The service may be changed, suspended or interrupted. To the extent permitted by law, Trailrunningcal is not liable for decisions based solely on unconfirmed information or for services, content or transactions managed by third parties.

The service is not directed at children under 14. Anyone under that age must not create an account without the required authorization from their legal representatives.

These terms may be updated to reflect changes to the service or the law. Spanish law applies and disputes will be resolved by the competent bodies under the legally applicable rules.
