Aleixar Trail

L’Aleixar Trail celebrates its 3rd edition on Sunday 26 April 2026, with a joint start at 9:00 from the Plaça de la Vila de L’Aleixar. The event offers a long course of 15 km and 700 m of elevation gain, with medium-high technical difficulty, and another option of 11 km and 500 m, also circular, more accessible and suitable for running or walking. In addition, there will be children’s races to introduce the youngest to the trail. The route runs through the mountains of L’Aleixar along technical paths, forest tracks and sections with views over the Camp de Tarragona and the Costa Daurada. On the long course, highlights include passes by Rocanys, the Salt area, l’Alzina del Llamp, the Coll de Sant Joan and the Puig d’en Cama, with a descent via the scree slope before returning to the town. The day includes refreshment stations, timing, prizes and a close, family mountain-race local atmosphere.
