Backyard Ultra Llagostera

The Backyard Ultra Llagostera celebrates a backyard format edition at the Pavelló Polivalent de Llagostera, with a 6.7 km loop per lap and start and finish in the same venue. The event is held in self-sufficiency and keeps the essence of continuous endurance: each lap begins 1 hour after the previous one, and the winner is the runner who completes a lap alone, in a night-time setting with reflective signage and checkpoint control. The organisers provide a runner’s bag, insurance, live results and services in the pavilion itself, with fruit, drink, something warm and coffee during the night, as well as parking for vans and AC. Bib collection takes place the day before and on the day of the race. Participation is limited and the minimum age is 18, with the exception of minors with a bib and authorisation. No late starts are accepted and no external support is allowed during the lap.
