Badall Trail

Badall Trail is a mountain race organised by the Town Council of Benigembla, in collaboration with C.A. Dénia Corre. Its 2026 edition will be held on Sunday 4 October, with start and finish on Bon Aire street in Benigembla. The routes run mainly through the municipality and also reach those of Tàrbena and Castell de Castells, with landmarks such as the Fonts de Dalt i Baix, the Coveta de les Cabres, the Cova de Dalt and the Cim del Cocoll. The programme brings together Badall Trail and Penya Blanca Trail. The long distance crosses the Pas del Badall, a narrow stretch between rocks equipped with bolts and chains where it may be necessary to crawl; the organisers advise choosing the sprint format if you suffer from vertigo or claustrophobia.
