Chimaque Trail

La Chimaque Trail is a mountain race held on Monte de Santa Úrsula, in Tenerife. Its third edition took place on 23 November 2025 and was organised by the Town Council of Santa Úrsula together with Gesport Canarias. The event ran along forest tracks and technical trails on the forest crown of the municipality, in an area close to the natural spaces of Las Palomas and Pinoleris. The edition featured a single competitive format of 12 kilometres and 810 metres of elevation gain. The route, with a start at the La Cruz de la Atalaya area, required experience in mountain running and suitable equipment. The organisers set a maximum time of three hours and limited participation to preserve the natural environment.
