Chinte Trail

El Chinte Trail celebrates its fifth edition on Saturday 17 April 2027 in Ojós, in the Ricote Valley, and coincides with the European Masters Championship for Mountain Running and Trail Running that Ojós hosts from 15 to 18 April. The routes cross both banks of the River Segura: they climb to Pico de los Almeces, the highest point of the valley, and continue along the Sierra del Chinte and the Navela. The start and finish are next to the municipal sports centre in Ojós, from 9:00. The main event, the Chinte Xtreme Trail, is 35 kilometres; the Chinte Challenge Trail is 22, and the Chinte Promo Trail is 13. There are also two walking events of 13 and 8 kilometres. It is organised by the Club Deportivo OXOX Trail Team and the Town Council of Ojós with the Athletics Federation of the Region of Murcia.
