Cursa 4 Termes Trail

The Cursa 4 Termes Trail takes place in Mont-roig del Camp, Tarragona, as part of a mountain event with a start on 14 March 2026. The main route is linear, with 27 km and 1,350 m of elevation gain, and it forms part of the Copa de España de Carreras de Montaña. The race is designed for runners with medium or high experience who are looking for a demanding, but manageable, course in a Mediterranean mountain setting. The organisers complement the event with services in Mont-roig del Camp and a start from Colldejou, as well as bib control, full refreshment stations and mandatory equipment. The format of the day and the presence of other disciplines reinforce the sporting, mountain weekend character, with a local atmosphere closely linked to the area and to federated competition.
