CxM Trail Puig Roig

La CxM Trail Puig Roig closes the Balearic calendar of mountain races by going round Puig Roig, the isolated mass that rises between Lluc and the north coast of Mallorca. The main route follows the classic volta to the massif, an itinerary of 22 kilometres that circles the mountain along possessió tracks and shepherds’ paths, with moderate elevation gain but very broken terrain and continuous views over the cliffs of the Serra de Tramuntana. It is organised by Sa Riba Club together with the Federació Balear de Muntanyisme i Escalada and the Town Council of Escorca, with start and finish in the plaça del Lledoner, by the Lluc sanctuary. In addition to the full loop, two shorter routes are offered, És Cosconar and la Vall d'Albarca, and a day of children’s races, making the event an open meeting for all levels.
