The Isla Baja Trail is a mountain race held in November in Los Silos, in the Isla Baja district, to the north-west of Tenerife, at the foot of the Teno massif. It is a technical and demanding event that runs through deeply incised ravines and through the Monte del Agua, one of the best-preserved laurel forest areas on the island. It offers two routes with start and finish in the municipality: Cuevas Negras, 22.55 kilometres, and Moradas, 12.19. Both combine mid-slope paths, water galleries and very steep sections between fayal-brezal, tabaibas and sea cliffs.
