L'Enrucada

L'Enrucada is a popular, non-competitive event for the Festa Major de Sant Cebrià de Tiana, with a very community-focused local atmosphere and strong local roots. The race takes in paths and tracks of the Rocar, with start and finish at the Parc de l'Antic Camp de Futbol de Tiana, and combines the appeal of a short but demanding mountain race with a clearly festive spirit. Its route, with natural layout and elevation gain, turns the day into an ideal experience for running or walking in the surroundings of the Serralada and experiencing the town from the inside. The organisers stand out for their extensive network of volunteers, who prepare registrations, bib numbers, controls and refreshment stations, as well as the final breakfast for participants. Registration includes a gift T-shirt, a gift bag and a sandwich, and the rules state that the activity is not timed, that there is a maximum time of 4 hours, and that under-14s must be accompanied. A family walk of 10 km and a game for the younger ones are also mentioned, reinforcing its open and participatory character.
