Maratón Sierra de Mijas

The Maratón Sierra de Mijas celebrates its second edition on 14 November 2026 in Mijas, Málaga. The mountain event is organised by the Club Polideportivo Mijas and has the start and finish in the area of the Paseo de la Muralla. The programme brings together three competitive routes, with adult participation in all three formats, as well as junior categories in the Mini Maratón. The Maratón offers 42 km and 2,300 metres of elevation gain; the Half Maratón, 21.6 km and 1,150 metres; and the Mini Maratón, 11.6 km and 500 metres. All three starts take place on Saturday: the marathon distance starts at 08:30 and the Half and Mini formats at 09:30. The official tracks for each itinerary are published for download.
