La Muntanyes de Prades Epic Trail takes place in Prades, right in the heart of the Serra de Prades, with a route along mountain trails, tracks and technical sections. The event combines toughness and variety, with a high-mountain setting and landscapes of the Costa Daurada, and brings together four distances designed for different types of runner, from the junior category to the long mountain marathon. The 2026 edition will be held from 7 to 8 November. The programme includes a 50 km race with 2,500 m+ and another of 25 km with 1,300 m+, both demanding, with refreshment stations at key points; there will also be a 13 km distance with 700 m+ and the kids’ race of 7 km. The start and finish are in Prades, with passage through emblematic places such as the Ermita de l’Abellera and the Tossal de la Baltassana.
