Otos Trail

Otos Trail: The Pujada al Castell de Carbonera will take place on 25 October 2026 in Otos, Valencia. The mountain race is organised by the OtosTrail volunteer group with the support of the Town Council of Otos, and will have its start and finish in the Plaça del Llaurador. The route covers approximately 10,3 km and totals 479 m of elevation gain, passing partly through the protected area of the Ombria del Benicadell. The programme brings together a competitive Sprint Trail and a non-competitive hiking walk, both on the same course. For archaeological reasons, the route does not enter the interior of the walls of the Castell de Carbonera. Participation is reserved for adults, and the organisers plan refreshment stations at kilometres 5 and 6,5, as well as at the finish.
