Pujada i Baixada a Guanta

La Pujada i Baixada a Guanta is a mountain event with start in Sentmenat, in front of the Town Council, and a long-standing place in the La Sansi calendar. The race offers two full-distance routes, 12 km and 6 km, on trail terrain, with a demanding profile in which the climb and descent set the pace and reward both effort management and downhill technique. The day also includes races for juniors, with distances of 400 and 800 metres, and a concentrated programme that starts in the morning with the collection of race numbers and culminates with the main start at 10:30 h. It is a proposal designed for those looking for an accessible mountain race in format, but demanding in terms of sensations, in a nearby setting and with local atmosphere and a sporting feel.
