Saligarda Trail

The La Saligarda Trail takes place in La Garriga, with start and finish at the Can Noguera sports hall and a route that goes into the surroundings of the Montseny Natural Park. The main event offers two mountain distances, 12 + 1 km and 21 km, over paths, corriols and stretches of track with demanding elevation gain, sustained climbs and technical descents, as well as intermediate refreshment stations and an official timing. The event retains a strong club and local atmosphere, with changing rooms, showers, cloakroom, physiotherapy, medical assistance and a gift for participants in the races. It also includes a popular 5 km walk, non-competitive, designed for companions and walking enthusiasts, with the same start point and the festive and close character that defines the day.
