Sanabria Glaciar Ultra Trail

Sanabria Glaciar Ultra Trail is a mountain event organised by the Town Council of Galende and C.D. Ironbayo in San Martín de Castañeda, Zamora. Its 2026 edition takes place from 2 to 4 October and offers stage-based routes and one-day formats in the Sanabria area. The programme brings together Ultra Trail, Maraton Trail, Adventure Trail and Sprint Trail. The Ultra totals 70 km and 2,950 m elevation gain across three stages; the Maraton Trail, 43 km and 1,400 m elevation gain. Adventure Trail covers 20 km with 792 m elevation gain and Sprint Trail, 16 km with 398 m elevation gain. Entries remain open until all places are filled or until 24 September 2026.
