Subida a Las Antenas

The Ascent to Las Antenas is the vertical race in the Castilla-La Mancha calendar and hosts the regional Kilómetro Vertical Championship, individual and by clubs. It takes place in November in Navamorcuende, in the Sierra de San Vicente, to the west of the province of Toledo. The route measures 5 kilometres with 700 metres of elevation gain and climbs continuously from the built-up area to the aerials that crown the mountain range, along paths and tracks with a steep gradient between pine forest and rock, with views over the Tiétar valley and the Sierra de Gredos.
