Subida Pedestre al Santuario Virgen de la Sierra

The 40th Pedestrian Ascent to the Santuario Virgen de la Sierra is scheduled for 1 November 2026 in Cabra, Córdoba. Organised by C.D. Cabra Running within the Provincial Circuit of Popular Races, it offers an adult race of 14.3 km and 769 m of elevation gain, on mixed surface of dirt and asphalt. It starts from the arches on Baena Street and finishes at the Santuario Virgen de la Sierra. The day also includes a non-competitive hiking climb of 13.6 km, with a 9:00 start from the same arches on Baena Street and an initial urban route that is different and joins the main itinerary at the Cruz del Atajadero.
