Trail Cap de Creus

Trail Cap de Creus is a trail running event in the Natural Park of Cap de Creus, with start and finish in Roses. The edition scheduled for 18 January 2026 was announced as cancelled for weather-related reasons, so participation was suspended. The main route runs almost entirely along footpaths and unpaved tracks, passing through coastal areas, ridgelines and very recognisable enclaves in the surrounding landscape. The organisers propose 3 distances, 20 km, 30 km and 40 km, with demanding elevation gain and profiles that combine fast sections with technical sectors. The event stands out for its mountain character and for the setting of Cap de Creus, with references such as Cadaqués, Cala Jóncols, Cala Montjoi, Sant Pere de Rodes or the Castell de Verdera, in a date intended for runners accustomed to middle and long distance.
