Trail de Cercs Solidari

The Trail de Cercs Solidari is a charity event held in Sant Jordi de Cercs, in collaboration with Vall d’Hebron Hospital Campus Barcelona, to support the fight against childhood cancer. The start and finish are located at the Camp de futbol de Sant Jordi, a meeting point for events that combine sport, nature and solidarity in the mountainous setting of Cercs. The programme includes 2 mountain routes, of 11 and 22 km, and a charity walk of 5 km. The shorter distance links tracks, paths and sections of moderate ascent up to the area of l’Erola, while the longer event proposes a more demanding route, with sections along crags, the canal de la Vena and the highest point in Confós, at 1,928 m. In all cases, the terrain is mostly made up of roads and trails.
