Trail de Lousame

The Trail de Lousame will take place on 27 December 2026 in the municipality of Lousame, A Coruña. For the first time, this edition will include a marathon distance and will host the Campeonato de Galicia de Trailrunning Maratón. The Federación Galega de Atletismo presents the event as a reference fixture on the Galician mountain running calendar, with local atmosphere. The adult programme brings together three competitive routes: Maratón, Longo and Curto. The Maratón totals 42 km and 2,000 m of elevation gain; the Longo reaches 25 km and 1,150 m; and the Curto offers 14 km with 540 m. The classic itineraries pass by the mines of San Finx, while the new marathon route climbs to Pico Muralla and Monte Culou.
