Trail del Nord

The Trail del Nord celebrates its 2027 edition on 28 February on the north coast of Menorca, the island’s wildest side, with two linear routes that finish in Ferreries. The longer one, 30 km and 1,000 m of elevation gain, starts from the Binimetl·là track, combines the Camí de Cavalls (GR-223) with rural paths and passes by Santa Àgueda. The popular one, 14 km and 750 m of elevation gain, starts from the Cala Pilar car park. It forms part of the Illa dels Trails circuit. A bus included in the entry takes runners from Ferreries to the start lines, with a baggage drop at each one, and there are several refreshment stations with water, isotonic drink, food and fruit, without cups. For the 30 km route, the time limit is 6 hours and the mandatory equipment includes hydration, a mobile phone, a windproof layer and a thermal blanket.
