Trail do Acibal

The Trail do Acibal will hold its second edition on 15 November 2026 in Moraña, Pontevedra. The event forms part of the Plata Series of the Ranking Galego de trail running and will take place in the Acibal hills, with open participation for both licensed and unlicensed athletes. The start and meeting point will be located at the Casa Cultural de Amil. The organisers announce renewed routes, designed to improve the experience of the participating people, with the summits of Monte Acibal as the backbone of the course. The adult programme will feature three race distances: 8, 16 and 22 kilometres, with 500, 700 and 1200 m of elevation gain, respectively. The 8 km event includes promotion and senior categories; the 16 km event includes under-23, senior and master categories, while the 22 km event brings together senior and master categories.
