Trail Monte Comado

The Trail Monte Comado celebrates its 10th edition on 11 October 2026 in the Lugo municipality of Barreiros. The start and finish will be located next to the church of San Miguel de Reinante, with a scheduled start time of 10:00. The event is organised by the Asociación Cultural y Deportiva Praias de Comado together with the Town Council of Barreiros and includes the +Kms Barreiros circuit. The only adult category is a 17-kilometre trail with an approximate accumulated elevation gain of 1,000 metres. The route runs along tracks and forest paths on the slopes of Monte Comado, passing through the areas of Reinante and San Pedro de Benquerencia. The organisers set the control closure at the finish line at 13:30 and limit participation to 150 runners.
