Trail Montgrí

Trail Montgrí is held in Torroella de Montgrí on 18 and 19 April 2026, in the Natural Park of Montgrí. The event offers the chance to run through a very characteristic setting of the Empordà, where the continental dune and the steep rock that rises up to the castle coexist, with open views over the sea and the plain. It is an event designed to discover different sides of the same mountain, with routes that adapt to different profiles. The organisers present three routes and a 1 kilometre vertical race, so the date combines effort, elevation gain and navigation on terrain with a wild character. Trail Montgrí forms part of the sports programme of MOM Sports Events, an organisation based in the Empordà, linked to the territory and to mountain races. An experience for those looking for an authentic trail in a unique and demanding natural setting.
