A Nocturna do Xeoparque

A Nocturna do Xeoparque will take place on 3 October 2026 in San Clodio, Ribas de Sil, Quiroga, in the province of Lugo. The event is organised by the Concello de Ribas de Sil y Quiroga Trail Challenge and is presented as a night-time mountain race in the Xeoparque Montañas do Courel, with the start and finish linked to the Polideportivo de San Clodio. The adult programme includes a main event of 16 km, A Nocturna, with 1,150 m of elevation gain, a short format called Carreiriña de 9 km and a non-competitive walk of 8 km. The routes run along paths beside the River Sil, ridgelines, firebreaks, tracks and woodland areas, with the use of a headlamp and other safety elements provided for by the organisers.
