Almijara Trail

The XII Almijara Trail will take place on 2 November 2026 in Nerja, with the Estadio de Atletismo Enrique López Cuenca as the centre of the day’s proceedings. The Club Nerja de Atletismo organises this mountain event, whose main route runs entirely within the municipal area of Nerja and combines footpaths, tracks and forest tracks in the Sierra de Almijara. The main race offers 22 kilometres and 1,100 metres of elevation gain, while the Mini Trail provides a course of 11 kilometres and 260 metres of elevation gain. Both formats are included in the adult programme of the event; the organisers also announce an independent children’s race, which is not included in this listing.
