Cursa i Caminada Tossal de les Tenalles

La Cursa i Caminada Tossal de les Tenalles celebrates its 5th edition in Sidamon, with start and finish by Avenida Generalitat, next to the sports track and the swimming pool. The event combines a run and a walk through an area of agricultural plain and signposted paths of the Tossal de les Tenalles, in a popular format designed for running, training or walking. The race stands out for its open, family-friendly local atmosphere, with options for different levels and a non-competitive children’s race. The organisers provide refreshment stations on both circuits with water, fruit and nuts, as well as a cloakroom, childcare and free toilets at the municipal swimming pools. The walk shares a route of 5 km, and the children’s race covers around 600 m with a medal and ice cream for all participants. A race number, chip or wristband is also issued on the same day, and registration includes sandwich and drink options, with the start from 19:00 for the children and 19:30 for runners and walkers.
