Cursa Montanyans

La Cursa Montanyans celebrates its 11th edition in Sant Marçal, within the municipality of Castellet i la Gornal, with routes that go through vineyards, forests and hills of the Penedès. The event was created to showcase this rural and close-to-nature setting, with mid-mountain routes and an emblematic point at the tower of the Castellot, from where there are wide views over the region. The organisers offer two running distances and two walks, sharing part of the routes between the different formats. The day includes changing rooms and showers, WC, cloakroom and a bar service, as well as gifts for participants and a draw for prizes. There is also the option of a technical T-shirt and a charitable collaboration with Marató de TV3, contributing €1 for each registration.
