Ecocamiño

Ecocamiño celebrates its VI edition on 17 October 2026 as a non-competitive trail event along the Camino de Santiago Francés. The 48.1 km race-walk starts in Melide and finishes at Monte do Gozo, in the province of A Coruña. It is organised by the Club UTMC, with technical direction by Club Deportivo Ecodeporte, and appears in the official calendar of the RFEA. Participation is intended for people over 18 years of age and the route must be completed in a maximum of 10 hours and 15 minutes. The course follows the yellow arrows of the Camino and has controls and refreshment stations at points such as Boente, Arzúa, A Salceda, O Pino and Lavacolla before arriving at Monte do Gozo.
