KMV Portell de Sa Costa

The KMV Portell de Sa Costa will take place on 30 August 2026 in Fornalutx, Mallorca, as an individual mountain race. The event starts at Can Xoroi and runs along paths and tracks through the Serra de Tramuntana to the finish area, with staggered starts every 30 seconds. This edition will be the Club Championship of Kilómetro Vertical of the Federació Balear de Muntanyisme i Escalada. The general categories format proposes a course of 3.8 km and 780 m of elevation gain. The organisers limit participation to 150 places and require carrying at least 500 ml of water; trekking poles with rubber protectors are permitted. The published general individual entry fee is 17 €, excluding management fees, and people without a federation licence must pay an insurance supplement.
