La Nocturna de Vilafant

La Nocturna de Vilafant celebrates its 2026 edition as a popular night-time event linked to the Festes del Carme, with a start in Vilafant and routes through roads and paths in the nearby area. The event offers a long course of 10 km for those who want to run and a short route of 5 km designed for walkers, with a festive atmosphere and the appeal of competing at night with an obligatory front light. The organisers highlight the community character of the event and the participation of young people from the municipality. Registration provides access to the identifying race bib and, for the 10 km distance, to personal timing. During the route there are several refreshment stations with water and medical assistance is planned. The finish includes a refreshing end at the swimming pool, open from 21:30 to 23:00, and the race bib is essential to access the bathing area. It is reminded to bring a front light or a torch, suitable footwear, and to follow the route instructions.
