La Tastavins Trail is a mountain running event held in mid-October in Peñarroya de Tastavins, in the Matarraña region, to the east of the province of Teruel. It is promoted by the Town Council of the locality, with technical direction by Fartleck Sport, and its events are homologated by the Aragonese Mountaineering Federation. The programme is split into 2 days: on Saturday a 6-kilometre race takes place with 138 metres of elevation gain, and on Sunday the longer distances of 11, 14, 17 and 22 kilometres are held, the last of which has 1.357 metres of elevation gain. The routes run through the rock formations of Els Ports, the pinewoods and the farmhouses in the area around Peñarroya de Tastavins.
