Trail Nocturno Villa de Carcabuey

The Trail Nocturno Villa de Carcabuey celebrates its 13th edition on 29 August 2026. Club Deportivo Peñón del Nervo organises this mountain race, which is included in the Provincial Circuit of Mountain Races, with the start and finish in Plaza de España in Carcabuey. The event offers two adult categories: Prueba Reina, 21 km and 900 m of elevation gain, and Recorrido Corto, 14 km and 600 m of elevation gain. Both run along paths in the Natural Park of the Sierras Subbéticas, passing through the Sierra de los Pollos and the Sierra de la Luca. The night programme starts at 20:00 with the long race and at 20:10 with the short route.
