Trail Ribeira Sacra

The Trail Ribeira Sacra (TRS) is a mountain race held in October in Luíntra, the capital of the Town Council of Nogueira de Ramuín, in the north of the province of Ourense. In 2026 it reaches its 10th edition and the start and finish are located in Luíntra’s main square. The route is a 48-kilometre circuit with 3,450 metres of elevation gain through the mountains of Nogueira de Ramuín and the canyons of the Ribeira Sacra, over the Sil and Miño rivers, following in part the Natural Route of the Ribeira Sacra among chestnut groves, terraced vineyards and viewpoints over the gorges.
