Trail Riotuerto

The IX Trail Riotuerto takes place on Sunday 21 March 2027 through the hills of the municipality of Riotuerto, in Cantabria, with start and finish at the Pabellón Municipal de La Cavada. The routes combine singletrack and forest tracks in the mid-mountains. The long event, the TR24, over 24 kilometres, is the Campeonato de Cantabria de Carreras por Montaña de Clubes in line and starts at 9:00 in the morning. Half an hour later the TR15 sets off, a speed trail of 15 kilometres, open also to the youth and junior categories. The programme is completed by a popular 13-kilometre hiking walk, with no timing and no classification, and a race for the cadet and children’s categories. Places are limited in each format and the event weekend begins already on Saturday 20 March.
