Trail Trans Serra da Groba

The Trail Trans Serra da Groba is a mountain race held at the end of October in Baiona, in the south of the province of Pontevedra. It is organised by Baiona CoDeporte and its route runs through the mountains of the Serra da Groba in the municipality of Baiona, with the start and finish at the municipal sports hall. The event offers two adult races, the 29-kilometre Trail and the Trailiño over 18.5 kilometres, as well as a Promotrail of 11.5 kilometres for participants aged 14 to 17 and a non-competitive walk of approximately 11.5 kilometres. The routes combine forest tracks, traditional corredoiras and some stretches of tarmac, with views over the Rías Baixas and the Illas Cíes.
