Vandekames

Vandekames is a mountain event held in Vandellòs and reaches its 12th edition. It brings together proposals for different levels, with a demanding main route of 18 km and 1,000 m of elevation gain, and another more accessible one of 12.2 km and 740 m+, both starting from the Plaça dels Drs. Gil-Vernet. There is also a short walk of 7.1 km and a children’s event, VandeKids, designed for the youngest participants. The race combines paths and mountain sections in a natural setting close to the town, with options to run or walk depending on the format. The red route scores for the Circuit de Curses per Muntanya del Camp de Tarragona 2025, and the organisers include basic mandatory equipment, as well as refreshment stations and participation details for families and minors.
