Volta pels Volcans d'Olot

La Volta pels Volcans d'Olot celebrates its 18th edition with a new route that runs through several volcanoes in the municipality of Olot. The route, 14 km long and with 490 m of elevation gain, combines mountain paths and emblematic volcanic landscapes such as Puig del Roser, the Bisaroques, Aiguanegra, the Garrinada and Montsacopa, in a short but highly representative proposal of the natural setting of the Garrotxa. The organisers plan for bib collection at the volcà of Puig del Roser between 8:00 and 8:45 h, with a start at 9:00 h and prize-giving at 11:00 h for the first male, the first female and the first junior. There will be WC facilities, solid and liquid refreshment stations, and free entry to the Cràter space for all participants, an added incentive for local runners and companions.
