Valls del Freser

Valls del Freser is a trail running race with start and finish in Ribes de Freser, in the Eastern Pyrenees, running through valleys, cols and high-mountain paths. The event takes place on 27 September 2026 and offers a very mountainous setting, with views over the Ripollès and emblematic peaks of the Serra de Montgrony. The route is well marked and includes refreshment stations spaced along the course, as well as a finisher medal and prizes. The day brings together several distances, but the event retains a demanding character and is closely linked to the Pyrenean mountains. The long race reaches around 2,100 m of elevation gain and passes through places such as Cim La Covil, the Refugio de la Covil and the Ermita de Sant Antoni, while the middle distance provides a notable effort over mountain terrain. It is an appointment designed for those seeking scenery, elevation gain and an authentic trail experience.
