Adeyahamen Trail

The XI Adeyahamen Trail will take place on 12 and 13 September 2026 in San Andrés y Sauces, on the island of La Palma. The event, organised by Almogaren Pilates, brings together mountain running races in the surroundings of Los Tilos and the trails and forest tracks of the municipality. The programme begins on Saturday with the vertical format and continues on Sunday with the two trail races. The Adeyahamen KVertical proposes a climb of more than 5 kilometres to the Casa del Monte area, with 1,135 metres of elevation gain. On Sunday, the Adeyahamen 20 and 10 kilometre formats are contested, with start and finish in the built-up area of San Andrés y Sauces. Entries remain open until 9 September 2026, or until the available places are filled.
