Puntallana Cabra Trail

La Puntallana Cabra Trail is a mountain race organised by the Town Council of Puntallana in the north-east of La Palma. Its 15th edition will take place on 3 October 2026 and will run mainly along mountain paths and forest tracks within the municipality, with start and finish at the annex of the Town Council of Puntallana. The competitive programme brings together three trail routes of 10, 21 and 40 kilometres. The long format offers 40 km and 3,680 m of elevation gain; the 21 and 10 km options feature 1,685 m and 731 m of elevation gain, respectively. The event also includes the VI KV El Corcho, a 5 km climb with 1,028 m of elevation gain, which is held on 27 September. General entries for the four formats remain open until 20 September 2026, unless the available places are filled beforehand.
