Arruix Santa Fe

La Arruix Santa Fe is a mountain race in Organyà that climbs up to the hermitage of Santa Fe, located on a rocky outcrop at an altitude of 1.210 metres. The route starts from the Church Square, passes through the old town and the Borda farmhouse before following the route of Mn. Cinto Verdaguer to the summit, in a setting with wide views over the Cadí, Boumort and Port del Comte mountain ranges. The event was founded in 2009 and is part of the Circuit Fer. It is 4,5 km and has 670 m of elevation gain, with a group start and a finish marked by ringing the bell of the hermitage. The edition also includes the Arruix Petit format, and it is open from 12 years old, with a maximum number of participants set at 200.
