Asaltamontes Female

Asaltamontes Female will hold its 2026 edition on 27 September at the A Lanzada Holiday Centre, in O Grove. The proposal, exclusively for women, is part of a mountain festival that brings together sport, togetherness and activities over the weekend. The race is contested by teams of four female runners and in relay format, with a start scheduled for 09:00. Each team will have 5 hours to complete as many laps as possible on a circuit located in the surroundings of A Lanzada. The course published for this edition has 2.87 km and 87 metres of elevation gain; the event combines competitive participation and local atmosphere. Registration includes refreshment stations, food, insurance, a runner’s bag, a concert and raffles.
