Backyard Ultra Montgrí

Backyard format event in Torroella de Montgrí, with repeated 6,7 km laps that require very good management of effort and recovery between each lap. This is not a race to go at a high pace from the start: each lap counts, and the key lies in consistency, self-sufficiency and the ability to keep going for hours. The organisers present a solidarity edition linked to the Fundació Oncolliga Girona, with a night start at 21:00 from the Pavelló Municipal. The course is identified as an ultra-endurance experience, designed for adult runners who want to accumulate laps rather than a fixed distance.
