Corriols de Foc Trail

Corriols de Foc Trail is held in Vallfogona de Ripollès and proposes a route through the Serra de Milany, with passage through shaded areas and beech forests that help to keep the race cool. The event brings together 4 distances and combines a mountain atmosphere, trails and sections with progressively demanding terrain, with start and finish in the sports area of the municipality. It is an appointment designed for recreational runners looking for a varied trail with an accessible profile for competition. The edition limits participation to 500 runners across all the modalities and includes refreshment stations without cups, so each participant must bring their own canister or bottle to refill. The organisers set the start for Saturday 11 July and establish a minimum age of 16 years, as well as mandatory equipment depending on the distance. For the long races, specific hydration and mobile phone requirements are added.
