Bimbache Trail

La Bimbache Trail will celebrate its 7th edition on 14 November 2026 in Valverde, on the island of El Hierro. The event, organised by Club In Corpore Sane with local institutional collaboration, is run mainly along dirt tracks, forest tracks and mountain paths; the three distances finish on La Constitución street in Valverde. The programme includes Bimbache Trail, Media Bimbache Trail and Mini Bimbache Trail, with 32, 21 and 12 kilometres and published positive elevation gains of around 2,000, 700 and 400 metres respectively. The start points are in Las Playas, La Llanía and San Andrés, and the organisers plan transport from the Valverde bus station to each start point.
