Carrera Solidaria Virgen de los Dolores

The Solidarity Race Virgen de los Dolores celebrates its sixth edition on 10 January 2027 in Ricote, the historic capital of the Ricote Valley, and opens the Trail Tour FAMU 2027. The routes start from the Las Piezas area and cross the Sierra de Ricote and its huerta along mountain tracks and short stretches of track. There is a half marathon of 21.5 kilometres that tops out at the Almeces peak, a traditional 15K with 747 metres of elevation gain, and the 10K Extreme Cuernos del Diablo, with a technical descent. As a new feature, a non-competitive 6-kilometre walking route is added, and young people take part in a 6K from their federated league. There are four refreshment stations, one at the finish, and showers and changing rooms in the sports hall. General entry costs 26 euros for the half marathon and 15K, 23 for the 10K and 18 for the walk.
