Chamizo Trail

Chamizo Trail celebrates its 11th edition on 24 October 2026 in Villanueva del Rosario, Málaga. The mountain race is organised by the Town Council of Villanueva del Rosario and has its start and finish in Plaza de Andalucía. The routes pass through areas within the municipal terms of Villanueva del Rosario and Antequera. The adult programme brings together two trail modalities: Chamizo Trail, of 42 km and 3,250 m of elevation gain, and Chamizito Trail, of 23 km and 1,750 m of elevation gain. Online registration remains open until 5 October 2026, with an overall limit of 500 participants for the event. A Minichamizo test is also offered, excluded from this listing because it is aimed at non-adult age categories.
